This role involves deploying, maintaining, and optimizing various mobile devices while collaborating with IT, security, and other business teams to meet mobility needs effectively. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, and experience in multinational settings, with strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills. The position is hybrid, based in Taguig.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience deploying and supporting smart devices in multinational organizations.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Technology Stack; familiarity with MDM technologies a plus.

Job Summary

The Mobility Platforms Engineer will support and enhance the Firm’s enterprise mobile computing environment. The role involves deploying, maintaining, and optimizing mobile devices and platforms while collaborating with IT, security, and business teams to meet mobility requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support enterprise mobile technologies (iOS, Android, etc.).
• Serve as the escalation point for mobility issues in projects and BAU operations.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to implement mobile solutions.
• Work with OEMs and software vendors on enterprise mobility strategies.
• Research, test, and document mobile hardware, software, and OS standards.
• Apply security patches and maintain incident management records.
• Provide training and guidance on mobile standards and services.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience deploying and supporting smart devices in multinational organizations.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Technology Stack; familiarity with MDM technologies a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to translate business needs into technical solutions and work independently.
• Willing to work overtime, shifts, and on-call duties as needed.
