Job summary
Orkestra Communications is seeking an Enterprise Mobility Support Specialist to support corporate mobile devices, MDM/UEM platforms, and enterprise customers. The role covers iOS/Android device support, enrollment, security, and lifecycle management, with hands-on experience on at least one major platform.
The position offers hands-on technical work and potential progression into Team Lead or Manager roles as the mobility team grows.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of enterprise mobility, IT support, endpoint management or related roles.
- Hands-on experience supporting iOS/iPadOS and Android devices.
- Experience with at least one enterprise MDM/UEM platform.
- Knowledge of device enrollment, configuration, security and lifecycle management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 support for enterprise mobility issues.
- Troubleshoot mobile apps, Wi-Fi, VPN, SIM/eSIM, and connectivity.
- Manage device enrollment, configuration, security policies, and lifecycle.
- Support ABM/ADE and Android Enterprise enrollment.</]=
