Job summary

Continental Global Business Services Manila Inc. is seeking an IT Engineer for Client Environment & Mobile Devices to support and develop our client landscape across mobile platforms, traditional clients, and VDI.

You will operate MDM and Intune, enforce security baselines, and ensure smooth lifecycle management. The role emphasizes modernization, packaging workflows, and collaboration with external partners to deliver high-quality releases while maintaining compliance and security across macOS,

Qualifications

• Solid experience in IT infrastructure or client engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of Apple/iOS ecosystems and JAMF.
• Experience with system management, patching, and software deployment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and develop the Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform focusing on Apple/iOS and JAMF.
• Define and maintain configuration profiles, security baselines, and enrollment for mobile devices.
• Ensure secure lifecycle management of mobile devices.
• Oversee patching, software distribution, and update lifecycle via Landesk.
• Manage Intune endpoint management for devices including shop floor scanners.
• Contribute to modernization, harmonization, and automation of system management.
• Maintain packaging standards and workflows for software deployment.
• Support macOS, Windows, and VDI client environments.
• Participate in architecture reviews and propose improvements across client technologies.
• Coordinate with external service providers for L2/L3 operations.
