Job summary

Our Clients in the Philippines is seeking an I/O Engineering Consultant to deliver reliable enterprise endpoint management across a dual UEM environment, centering on MECM/SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM.

You will administer endpoint platforms, monitor health and policy deployment, and support patching, OS servicing, and application lifecycle while driving automation, incident resolution, and AI‑enabled improvements to boost service reliability.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on MECM/SCCM administration.
• 3+ years hands-on Microsoft Intune administration.
• 1+ year hands-on Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM administration.
• Strong enterprise endpoint management and platform operations experience.
• Experience with patch management and vulnerability remediation.
• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience in major incident bridges or technical war rooms.
• Knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise endpoint management across a dual UEM environment.
• Monitor platform health, availability, and performance; ensure user experience quality.
• Manage endpoint configurations, policies, and OS servicing; troubleshoot issues.
• Lead patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate across MECM/SCCM, Intune, and UEM platforms for coexistence and policy harmony.
• Develop runbooks, automation scripts, and change plans.
• Participate in major incidents with clear updates and RCA support.
• Explore AI-enabled improvements for documentation, analysis, and knowledge management.
