vamasters, Inc. seeks a proactive Social Media VA to handle two brands—one consumer-focused expanding into social commerce and a local B2B LinkedIn outreach program spoken in the founder's voice.

You will craft video-first content, help launch and scale shop channels, and actively generate local business leads. A strategic, self-starter mindset and the ability to drive results beyond order-taking are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media across multiple platforms.
• Experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and B2B lead research and filtering.
• Excellent written English, with ghostwriting ability in another voice.
• Familiarity with American non-denominational Christian communication.
• Strategic, proactive mindset with independent lead generation.
• Principled, self-managed work style.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and TikTok that earns real engagement.
• Support the launch and growth of TikTok Shop and Facebook Shop with content designed to drive product sales.
• Produce video-first content such as product demonstrations, close-up visuals, and user-generated-style clips.
• Write captions that carry clean, transparent product messaging with a focus on quality and sourcing.
• Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts, connection requests, and messages in the founder's voice, weaving in faith-informed leadership themes.
• Research and filter local business owners and executives using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Run personalized outreach, manage replies, and steer conversations toward meetings.
• Bring new ideas, campaigns, and lead sources forward on your own, without waiting for direction.
• Track content and outreach performance and share insights and recommendations.
