• Proven experience running email marketing campaigns including promotional and win-back sends.
• Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, Klaviyo or Constant Contact.
• Experience creating and managing social media content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Strong copywriting for email and social media.
• Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
• Understanding of email metrics such as open rates, click rates, and list segmentation.
• Self-driven, exacting, and consistent when working solo.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Mandatory Skills:
