Job summary

vamasters, Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead email marketing and social media efforts for both consumer stores and business clients. You will launch campaigns, craft content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and grow our presence as a leader in custom branded apparel and promotional products.

You will work closely with the owner to maintain a content calendar and deliver engaging campaigns that drive engagement and referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience running email campaigns (promo and win-back) with metrics.
• Hands-on use of Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or Constant Contact.
• Experience creating social content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
• Strong copywriting for email and social media.
• Familiar with Canva or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of open, click rates, and segmentation.
• Reliable, proactive communicator.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage email campaigns for B2C stores and the B2B clients.
• Plan win-back and promotional emails.
• Create and schedule social content for Facebook and Instagram.
• Grow LinkedIn presence.
• Collaborate on a content calendar with the owner to position the brand as an industry expert.
• Run occasional giveaways to boost followers and referrals.
• Track campaign and content performance and recommend improvements.
• Maintain and segment email lists for different audiences.
