Ideal candidates are proactive, tech-savvy, and eager to grow with a fast-moving, creative team. Experience with CapCut/Descript, Canva, and email platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven background in social media management and content creation.
• Proficiency with CapCut or Descript for video editing.
• Strong working knowledge of Canva.
• Experience organizing digital assets and files in Google Drive.
• Familiarity with Showit, ThriveCart, or MemberVault.
• Experience formatting and sending email newsletters (GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Create short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) in CapCut or Descript.
• Upload, schedule, and manage social content on multiple platforms.
• Design and update graphics with Canva templates.
• Maintain website and funnel content in Showit and ThriveCart/MemberVault.
• Format, send, and monitor email newsletters (GoHighLevel/Mailchimp).
• Support client onboarding with welcome emails and templates.
• Moderate and manage online community spaces during launches.
• Set up and run Zoom for recordings and calls.
• Keep Google Drive assets organized and accessible.
• Assist digital operations and stay updated on AI tools.
