Job summary

vamasters, Inc. in Makati is seeking a proactive Social Media VA to manage two brands, craft engaging, video-first content, and drive shop-based channels while actively generating local business leads for a founder-led initiative.

You will ghostwrite in the founder's voice, research local prospects with LinkedIn Navigator, and run targeted outreach to move conversations toward meetings. A self-driven, strategic mindset and strong English writing are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media accounts across multiple platforms.
• Experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and B2B lead research and filtering.
• Excellent written English, with the ability to ghostwrite convincingly in another person's voice.
• Familiarity with American non-denominational Christian communication and the ability to write about faith in business without sounding preachy or divisive.
• Strategic, proactive mindset with the ability to generate leads and ideas independently.
• Self-driven, exacting, and consistent when working solo.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and TikTok that drives real engagement.
• Support the launch and growth of TikTok Shop and Facebook Shop with content built to drive product sales.
• Produce video-first content such as product demonstrations and user-generated-style clips.
• Write captions with clear product messaging focusing on quality and sourcing.
• Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts and messages in the founder's voice with faith-informed leadership themes.
• Research and filter local business owners and executives with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Run personalized outreach, handle replies, and move conversations toward meetings.
• Generate new ideas and lead sources independently.
• Track content and outreach performance and share insights and recommendations.
