Qualifications

• Proven experience creating content and ad creatives for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok).
• Hands-on experience with an email marketing platform (Mailchimp or similar).
• Strong video editing skills for short-form and promotional content.
• Proficiency in Photoshop or equivalent image editing tool.
• Ability to propose and pitch original creative ideas independently.
• Diligent, organized, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create and schedule Mailchimp email campaigns (at least two per week, planning up to a month ahead).
• Design social media ad creatives for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest from our seasonal image library.
• Produce engaging short-form content including Reels and TikTok videos.
• Edit promotional videos and short product clips for website and social channels.
• Review ad and campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations.
• Pitch creative concepts, campaign themes, and content ideas proactively.
• Retouch, crop, and optimize images for campaigns and web use.
• Work with the creative director for direction, feedback, and final approval.
