Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)

• Experience creating and repurposing short-form video content
• Strong content calendar planning and scheduling skills
• Steady, thorough, and self-starting
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage a content calendar across our social media platforms
• Schedule and publish posts on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other connected platforms via GoHighLevel
• Support marketing campaigns and workflow automation tied to social channels
• Create and repurpose short-form video content, including Reels and Shorts
• Monitor community engagement and reply to comments and messages promptly
• Track engagement metrics and compile performance insights
• Prepare regular reports on social media performance and growth
• Manage the automation panels connected to our social media platforms
