Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with TSYS or comparable card processing platforms.
- Hands-on experience with TSYS Prime/TS2 and other card processing systems.
- Deep understanding of payments domain: issuing, acquiring, authorization, clearing, and settlement.
- Experience in L2/L3 production support and incident management.
- Strong SQL, Unix/Linux skills and log analysis.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary technical authority for TSYS-based platforms.
- Lead L2/L3 production support and incident management.
- Coordinate with TSYS and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Analyze transaction data and logs to resolve issues.
- Ensure production readiness and risk mitigation.
