Job summary

Avensys Consulting is seeking an experienced L2 Operations Lead with TSYS/card payment processing expertise to drive production support, incident management and operational stability.

Lead L2 production support, incident triage and RCA; review TSYS solutions for performance, scalability and readiness; manage escalations with TSYS and internal teams to ensure SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in TSYS or card/payment processing platforms.
• Hands-on experience with TSYS Platforms (TS2/Prime or equivalent).
• Experience in production support / L2-L3 operations.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced L2 Operations Lead with strong TSYS/card payment processing expertise to lead production support, incident management, technical troubleshooting, and operational stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead L2 production support, incident triage, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Review and challenge TSYS solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, resilience, and operational readiness.
• Manage technical escalations and coordinate with TSYS, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
• Drive timely resolution of production issues and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Provide technical leadership for high-pressure production and operational issues.
• Bridge ticket management with deep technical analysis and proactively identify production risks.

Key Requirements

• minimum of 10+ years of experience in TSYS or card/payment processing platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with TSYS Platforms (TS2/Prime or equivalent).
• Experience in production support / L2-L3 operations.
• Knowledge of ISO 8583, SQL, Unix/Linux, and Database Management.
• Experience with Splunk, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace.
• Strong RCA, ticket management, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Strong stakeholder/vendor management and ability to handle critical production issues.
