Job summary

Lancesoft APAC in Ortigas, Pasig City invites an experienced L2 Operations Lead to join a hybrid, contract-based role (up to 1 year). The candidate will provide technical and operational leadership for TSYS-based payment processing, ensuring governance, production stability, and proactive risk mitigation.

You will review TSYS solutions, assess performance, resilience, and readiness, drive issue resolution with data-backed insights, coordinate with TSYS and internal teams, and lead production

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in payments/operations leadership.
• Strong TSYS domain expertise and governance mindset.
• Experience in incident triage, RCA, and escalation management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical authority to review TSYS solutions.
• Assess design, performance, resilience, and operational readiness.
• Identify gaps, delays, and drive timely resolutions.
• Lead incident triage, RCA, and resolution within defined SLAs.
• Coordinate with TSYS and ecosystem stakeholders; align with bank requirements.
• Provide hands-on leadership for production and operational calls.

Role Cards L2 Support Operations Lead

Provide strong technical and operational leadership for TSYS-based payment processing, ensuring effective solution governance, production stability, and proactive risk mitigation through expert review, challenge, and escalation.

Job Description

• Act as the primary technical authority to review and challenge TSYS proposed solutions.
• Critically assess solution design, including:
• Performance parameters (e.g., transactions per second, scalability)
• System resilience, failover, and operational readiness
• Identify gaps, delays, and inconsistencies in TSYS responses and drive
• timely resolution.
• Ensure proactive mitigation of risks (e.g., RC91, performance bottlenecks).
• Perform incident triage, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution within
• defined SLAs
• Serve as the single point of accountability for coordination with TSYS
• and other ecosystem stakeholders.
• Work closely with UBP and internal teams to:
• Align TSYS solutions with bank-specific requirements
• Leverage UBP expertise to evaluate contractual and technical commitments
• Drive escalations where necessary with clear data-backed insights.
• Provide hands-on leadership for production and operational calls.
• Reduce dependency on UBP leadership for issue resolution by:
• Bringing strong TSYS domain expertise
• o Enabling faster triaging and root cause analysis
• o Ensure smooth functioning of L2 support and technical operations.
