Job summary

Our Clients in the Philippines seeks an experienced Card Systems / TSYS Lead to provide technical and operational leadership for high-volume card processing environments. You will be the primary technical authority for TSYS-based platforms, driving governance, production stability, incident resolution, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with TSYS or comparable card/payment processing platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with TSYS Prime, TS2, or equivalent systems.
• Deep understanding of payments and card processing domains (issuing, acquiring, authorization, clearing, settlement).
• Proven experience in L2/L3 production support, incident management, and technical operations.
• Familiarity with ISO 8583 messaging and transaction flows.
• Working knowledge of Unix/Linux, including log analysis and shell scripting.
• Proven vendor governance and technical solution review experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical authority in reviewing TSYS/vendor solutions.
• Assess designs for performance, scalability, resilience, and operational readiness.
• Identify gaps and drive timely resolution of risks and issues.
• Lead L2/L3 production support and incident management for TSYS platforms.
• Troubleshoot high-volume transaction environments using logs, SQL, and monitoring tools.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership during production and operational calls.
• Coordinate with banking, technology, and operational teams to align solutions with business needs.
