Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily logistics and delivery planning in the Lingunan, Valenzuela area. You will manage schedules, monitor truck status, and address issues across operations, order management, maintenance, safety, and reporting.

The role requires leadership experience, data-driven decision making, strong communication, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office, with on-site duties in Valenzuela.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder, preferably Logistics, Transportation or related field.
• At least 2+ years of work experience in Logistics, Transportation or trucking.
• With leadership/management experience.
• Ability to make appropriate decisions based on data and circumstances.
• Ability to work well with team members and navigate stressful situations.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• People management and coordination skills.
• Experience with SAP system and MS Office.
• Willing to be assigned in Lingunan, Valenzuela.

• Monitor compliance of Locus application
• Prepare Transport operation reports
