Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 5-8 years of experience in trucking, logistics, fleet management, or transportation operations.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of trucking operations, route planning, fleet management, and transportation regulations in the Philippines.
- Experience handling containerized cargo and port/terminal coordination
- Experience in fuel monitoring and cost control strategies.
Technical Knowledge:
- Knowledge of demurrage, detention, and gatepass processing systems (e.g., TABS)
- Familiarity with LTFRB, LTO, DOTr, and other applicable government regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience using GPS tracking systems and fleet management software is an advantage.
