Job summary

Filoil Logistics Corporation seeks a Logistics Coordinator to monitor real-time truck movements and delivery status across Metro Manila. You will coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and customers, ensuring routes are followed and delays are managed efficiently.

The role involves generating daily to monthly transport reports, verifying GPS data, and upholding safety policies. Flexibility for shifting schedules and holidays is required, with exposure to oil, gas, or logistics environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• Experience in transport monitoring, logistics, dispatching, fleet operations, or delivery coordination.
• Experience in oil & gas, petroleum, trucking, or logistics operations is highly preferred.
• Proficient in GPS tracking systems, Microsoft Excel, and other monitoring/reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Metro Manila and major delivery routes is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time movement and location of delivery trucks via GPS/tracking systems.
• Track truck dispatch, departure, arrival, loading, unloading, and delivery status.
• Ensure trucks follow assigned routes, schedules, and delivery locations.
• Monitor route deviations, delays, or unusual truck activity.
• Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, terminals, customers, and other personnel regarding delivery status.
• Provide real-time updates on truck locations and estimated arrival times.
• Escalate incidents, delays, accidents, breakdowns, or other transport-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate daily monitoring logs, trip records, and transport reports.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on truck movements, deliveries, delays, and incidents.
• Verify and reconcile GPS data with dispatch/delivery records.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with company transportation policies, safety procedures, and guidelines.
• Monitor driver/truck compliance with schedules/routes.
• Coordinate with operations during emergencies or changes in delivery schedules.
• Maintain proper road transport documentation and records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, terminals, customers, and other concerned personnel regarding delivery status.

• Provide real-time updates on truck locations and estimated arrival times.

• Escalate incidents, delays, accidents, breakdowns, or other transport-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

• Maintain accurate daily monitoring logs, trip records, and transport reports.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on truck movements, deliveries, delays, and operational incidents.

• Verify and reconcile GPS data with dispatch and delivery records.

• Assist in ensuring compliance with company transportation policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.

• Monitor driver and truck compliance with assigned schedules and routes.

• Coordinate with the operations team during emergency situations or unexpected changes in delivery schedules.

• Maintain proper documentation and records related to road transport activities.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the supervisor or management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.

• With experience in transport monitoring, logistics, dispatching, fleet operations, or delivery coordination is an advantage.

• Experience in oil & gas, petroleum, trucking, or logistics operations is highly preferred.

• Proficient in using GPS tracking systems, Microsoft Excel, and other monitoring/reporting tools.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor multiple trucks or trips simultaneously.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to work under pressure and respond promptly to operational issues.

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays when required.

• Knowledge of Metro Manila and/or major delivery routes is an advantage.
