Job summary

Suzuyo Whitelands Logistics, Inc. is looking for an Operations Supervisor in Makati to manage daily delivery activities, supervise drivers and staff, and coordinate with service providers. The role ensures regulatory compliance and maintains service performance.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field with 2-3 years in logistics, and demonstrate strong communication, mentoring, team leadership and computer literacy for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field is required.
• 2-3 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficient in computer systems and software used in logistics operations.
• Mentoring and decision-making abilities are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor all deliveries.
• Supervise and manage team of delivery drivers, helpers and operations staff.
• Resolve operational issues and customer escalations promptly to maintain efficiency.
• Manage fleet maintenance, PMS and repairs.
• Plan and prepare compliance requirements for LTFRB Franchise Renewal and other permits.
• Ensure compliance with LTO, LTFRB and PAMI requirements.
• Prepare schedules, perform daily revisions and monitor delivery progress including urgent bookings.
• Review billing-related documents by clients.
• Prepare and file incident reports.
• Manage inventory of truck parts and accessories.

About the role

Manage daily operations, delivery activities and fleet management while ensuring compliance and efficient coordination with Team and Service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and Monitor all deliveries

• Supervise and manage team of delivery drivers, delivery helpers and domestic operations staff

• Resolve operational issues, customer escalation and incident promptly to maintain service efficiency

• Manage fleet maintenance, including PMS and repairs

• Plan and prepare compliance requirements for LTFRB Franchise Renewal and other truck permits

• Ensure compliance with LTO, LTFRB and PAMI requirements

• Prepare schedules, perform daily revisions and monitor delivery progress including urgent booking requests

• Review billing-related documents by clients

• Prepare and file incident reports

• Manage inventory of truck parts and accessories including delivery materials

About you

• Bachelor degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or other related course

• At least 2-3 years experience in Logistics or Supply Chain
