Job summary

One Outsource Direct Corporation seeks an experienced Travel Sales Manager to lead and coach the travel sales team, driving targets and performance. You will ensure effective use of GDS, CRM, and sales tools while implementing sales strategies.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in travel sales (OTA, consolidators, airline desks or travel BPO), proven team leadership, and working knowledge of Amadeus or Sabre. IATA accreditation and BSP/ADM familiarity are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in travel sales within an online environment.
• Experience in OTA, consolidator, airline sales desk, or travel BPO.
• 2+ years managing a sales team of five or more consultants to achieve targets.
• Working knowledge of Amadeus, Sabre or other GDS is required.
• Exposure to flights plus hotels, cruise, or insurance products.
• CRM and call-recording QA tools familiarity preferred.
• IATA accreditation knowledge.
• BSP or ADM experience.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Amadeus, Sabre, or other Global Distribution Systems (GDS) is a must
• Exposure to more than one product line like flights plus hotels, cruise or insurance is a must
• Familiarity with a CRM and call-recording QA tools is preferred
• IATA accreditation knowledge
