Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks an experienced Travel Sales Leader to plan, coach, and drive a team of consultants in online travel sales, supporting the Australian market.

You will leverage GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre), CRM tools and QA processes to optimize bookings, monitor performance, and resolve complex inquiries while guiding strategies to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in travel sales within online channels.
• Experience in OTA/travel agency/consolidator or travel BPO.
• 2+ years leading a team of five+ consultants with targets.
• Proficient with Amadeus, Sabre or other GDS.
• Exposure to multiple product lines (flights, hotels, cruises, insurance).
• CRM familiarity and call-recording QA tools preferred.
• IATA accreditation knowledge.
• BSP or ADM experience.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism or other related
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in travel sales within an Online
• Experience in travel Agency (OTA), travel consolidator, airline sales desk, or travel BPO environment.
• Minimum of two (2) years of proven experience managing a sales team of five (5) or more consultants with responsibility for achieving sales and conversion targets.
• Working knowledge of Amadeus, Sabre, or other Global Distribution Systems (GDS) is a must
• Exposure to more than one product line like flights plus hotels, cruise or insurance is a must
• Familiarity with a CRM and with call-recording QA tools is preferred
• IATA accreditation knowledge
• BSP or ADM experience
