Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute end-to-end event logistics for assigned branches.
• Plan venue setup, audiovisuals, and on-site/virtual event flow.
• Design engagement strategies to maximize attendee participation and sales yield.
• Collaborate with regional teams to align event schedules and agendas.
• Prepare event collateral, slides, and presenter scripts following brand guidelines.
• Manage invitations, RSVPs, check-ins, and post-event attendance data.
