Qualifications

• Contract Duration: Must be willing to work under a 3-month contract.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in event coordination, corporate communications, trade marketing, network engagement, or direct selling operations, but Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Educational Attainment: Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Canva, interactive engagement platforms, MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking attendees, feedback scores, and budgets; ability to operate Zoom Webinar and Teams and AV setup.
• Managerial and Soft Skills: Self-driven accountability with the ability to lead tasks or event sub-committees, articulate written/spoken communication, quick-thinking to resolve live issues, and multi-tasking to coordinate timelines.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Meeting & Event Logistics: coordinate planning, venue prep, AV setup, and on-site/virtual event flow for GLE Appreciation Meetings.
• Dealer & Network Engagement: design and drive interactive engagement strategies before, during, and after Appreciation Meetings to maximize participation and sales yield.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: partner with regional teams to align event schedules, logistics, and objectives.
• Content & Presentation Preparation: prepare event collateral, recognition slides, materials, and presenter scripts following brand guidelines.
• Attendee Data & Attendance Management: manage invitations and attendee tracking, check-in processes, and post-event data across branch/regional events.
• Post-Event Analytics & Feedback: collect and analyze participant feedback surveys and event metrics to identify improvements.
• Timely submission of needed supporting documents of the branch DFO for liquidation.
