Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking an Event Coordinator to manage end-to-end meeting logistics, including venue setup and on-site/virtual event flow in multiple Manila branches.

The role requires 2 years of relevant experience or fresh graduates, with a degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Proficiency in PowerPoint/Canva and AV setups is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in event coordination, corporate communications, trade marketing, network engagement, or direct selling operations.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end meeting and event logistics, including venue prep, audiovisual setup, and on-site/virtual event flow.
• Design and drive interactive engagement strategies before, during, and after Appreciation Meetings to maximize attendee participation and sales yield.
• Partner with regional teams and Dreams Fulfillment Officers to align event schedules and logistics.
• Prepare and organize event collateral, recognition slides, and presenter scripts according to brand guidelines.
• Manage invitation and attendee tracking, check-in registration, and post-event data collection.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback surveys to assess event effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Submit needed supporting documents of the branch DFO for liquidation.
