Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking an events coordinator to support branch locations in Batangas City, Lemery, Bauan, Nasugbu and San Juan. You will manage end-to-end meeting logistics, coordinate with regional teams, and prepare event content.

The role requires at least 2 years in event coordination or related fields; fresh graduates are welcome. The 3-month contract focuses on delivering engaging dealer and network events, data collection, and post-event analysis.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of relevant experience in event coordination, corporate communications, trade marketing, or direct selling operations.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
Proficient with PowerPoint and Canva; experienced with Zoom Webinar/Teams and AV setup.
Strong project management, multitasking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Meeting & Event Logistics: coordinate planning, venue prep, AV setup, and on-site/virtual flow.
Dealer & Network Engagement: design strategies to maximize participation and sales.
Cross-Functional Coordination: align with regional teams and Dreams Fulfillment Officers.
Content & Presentation Preparation: create collateral, slides, and presenter scripts.
Attendee Data & Attendance Management: manage invitations, check-in, and data collection.
Post-Event Analytics & Feedback: analyze surveys and metrics to identify improvements.
Timely submission of branch DFO documents for liquidation.
