Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking an Event Coordinator to manage end-to-end logistics for branch events across Dagupan, Sta. Barbara, Calasiao, Mangaldan, and San Carlos in Pangasinan.

Qualifications

Experience in event coordination, corporate communications, or direct selling operations.

Must be willing to work under a 3-month contract.
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Meeting & Event Logistics: coordinate planning, venue prep, AV setup, and on-site/virtual flow for Appreciation Meetings.
Dealer & Network Engagement: design and drive interactive engagement to maximize attendee participation and sales.
Cross-Functional Coordination: partner with regional teams and Dreams Fulfillment Officers for alignment on schedules and agendas.
Content & Presentation Preparation: prepare event collateral, recognition slides, and presenter scripts per brand guidelines.
Attendee Data & Attendance Management: manage invitations, check-in, and post-event attendance data across branches.
Post-Event Analytics & Feedback: collect and analyze participant feedback and event metrics to identify improvements.
Timely submission of supporting branch DFO documents for liquidation.
