The role requires 2+ years in event coordination or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and relevant event coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating corporate meetings, trade events, or network engagement.
• Strong presentation, organizational, and data-tracking skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Meeting & Event Logistics: plan and execute venue, AV, and on-site/virtual flow.
• Dealer & Network Engagement: drive attendee participation and sales yield.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: align with regional teams and Dreams Fulfillment Officers.
• Content & Presentation Preparation: organize collateral, slides, and scripts per brand guidelines.
• Attendee Data & Attendance Management: manage invitations, check-ins, and data collection.
• Post-Event Analytics & Feedback: analyze surveys and metrics to improve future events.
• Submit needed supporting documents for liquidation.
