Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking an Event Coordinator to manage end-to-end logistics for branch meetings and appreciation events across Cabanatuan, Talavera, Gapan, Aliaga, and Munoz.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in event coordination or related roles; fresh graduates are welcome. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and Excel is required; experience with Zoom Webinar and Teams is a plus. 3-month contract with on-site duties across multiple branches.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in event coordination, corporate communications, trade marketing, network engagement, or direct selling operations.
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end meeting and event logistics across branch locations.
Design and drive engagement strategies to maximize attendee participation and sales yield.
Coordinate with regional teams to align on event schedules and objectives.
Prepare event collateral, presentation slides, and presenter scripts following brand guidelines.
Manage invitation/registration, check-in, and post-event attendance data.
