Job summary

Paramount Life & General Insurance Corp. in the Philippines is seeking a Travel Partner Development Executive/Travel Sales Account Executive to grow relationships with travel agencies and agents, helping them increase productivity and sales of our products.

You will manage and expand partner accounts, identify opportunities, conduct visits and presentations, and provide support, tools, and training to drive measurable business results.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, account management, business development, relationship management, or a similar role.
• Experience working with clients, agents, distributors, or business partners is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive, organized, and results-driven.
• Able to influence and motivate partners while building long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow travel agency and agent accounts within your assigned territory.
• Identify opportunities to increase partner sales and productivity.
• Engage and re-engage partners to drive consistent sales activity.
• Understand partner needs and provide the support, tools, training, and solutions they need to sell more effectively.
• Conduct regular partner visits, presentations, orientations, and business discussions.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and sales teams.
• Monitor account performance and recommend opportunities for growth.
• Support sales campaigns, promotions, training, and partner activities.
• Maintain accurate account records and sales reports.
