Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of ticketing experience, including complex fare construction.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams handling complex international itineraries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing team of L2 agents.
• Act as the technical Ticketing SME for GDS challenges.
• Ensure team performance meets KPIs and quality benchmarks.
