Live Life and Travel Inc. is seeking an experienced Travel Consultant Supervisor to lead our Makati team and manage daily agency operations.

The role focuses on supervising consultants, handling airline ticketing, hotel bookings, and visa support while driving sales and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have solid travel industry experience, strong leadership, and familiarity with GDS tools like Amadeus or Sabre.

Formación

• Experience in travel and tours industry.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of airline ticketing, GDS (Amadeus/Sabre), visa processing, and tour packages.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and manage travel consultants and daily operations.
• Oversee airline ticketing, hotel reservations, and travel bookings.
• Manage tour packages, itineraries, and visa assistance.
• Handle client concerns and coordinate with travel suppliers.
• Monitor sales performance, bookings, and team productivity.
• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations.
