Teleperformance Philippines is seeking a Trainer with Travel Background to join our Mall of Asia office in Pasay City. This full-time role focuses on developing and delivering high-quality training programs to our staff, leveraging your travel industry experience to enhance service delivery.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of trainer experience in a BPO, with familiarity in GDS and Expedia. Strong presentation, coaching, and communication skills are essential to drive performance and learning

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience supporting Expedia/travel programs.
• 1–2 years of trainer experience in a BPO.
• Prefer travel, hospitality or OTA account training.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
• On-site work and shifting schedule availability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver high-quality training programs for staff.
• Support operational excellence through training and coaching.
• Collaborate with account teams to tailor curricula for Travel, Hospitality, or OTA groups.
• Measure and report training outcomes and impact.
• Maintain training materials and LMS content for ongoing programs.
