About the job

This would entail providing support in many varieties on Airline's customer service requests on social media platforms in Japanese Language.

• Candidate must be at least college undergraduate or Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
• High level of and proven experience in both Written & Spoken in Japanese Language.
• Good English-Speaking skills with 5 months – 2 years experience in customer service is preferable.
• Travel account experience is a plus but not required
• Good understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa, in a flexible shifting or rotational schedule.
