Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Customer Support Representative (Japanese bilingual) to assist customers in Japan from Manila. You will act as the first contact for Amadeus products and solutions, delivering timely, accurate support via multiple channels and collaborating with global teams.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in tourism or related field, 3+ years in customer support, and strong Japanese and English communication. A hybrid work setup with on-site days at BGC Taguig is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism or equivalent work experience is required.
• Native-level Japanese and excellent English communication skills are essential.
• Experience in customer support or service roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of Amadeus solutions and travel industry operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Amadeus customers' first level of support via phone, Service Hub, and other channels with strong SLA focus.
• Log cases accurately to enable meaningful reports and analysis.
• Escalate issues with full diagnosis and relevant information to resolution groups.
• Maintain close contact with customers to provide solutions and ensure satisfaction.
• Validate new functionalities and support changes in configuration prior to release.
