Job summary

Atain is seeking a customer service specialist to support social media inquiries in French and Spanish from its Alabang, Muntinlupa office. The role requires excellent written and spoken fluency in both languages, plus strong English communication skills and a basic degree.

You'll handle varied customer requests, navigate social platforms, and work in a flexible shift with onsite presence in Alabang. Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.

This would entail providing support in many varieties on Airline’s customer service requests on social media platforms in French and Spanish Language.

• Candidate must be at least college undergraduate or Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
