Job summary

Atain in the Philippines is seeking a customer service specialist to handle airline social media inquiries in Mandarin. The role requires clear written and spoken Mandarin, plus good English, and an understanding of major platforms like Facebook and YouTube.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide support for Airline’s customer service requests on social media platforms in Mandarin.
• Handle inquiries and respond to comments on major social media channels.
• Collaborate with team on tone, accuracy, and response times to ensure customer satisfaction.
