Job summary

Metacom Careers seeks a Travel Consultant to assist customers with flight, hotel, and travel reservations. You will modify, rebook, or cancel travel arrangements and provide accurate fare details and policies to ensure satisfaction.

Excellent English communication is required, and flexibility for shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays. Onsite work may be needed to support operations and guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School, senior high school, or college graduate.
• GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo or Galileo) experience is welcome or not required.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to work onsite if required.
