• At least 1 year of experience using any GDS platform.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality and productivity standards.
• Utilize GDS platforms to efficiently manage bookings and reservations.

• Provide expert recommendations on routes, fares, airline policies, and travel solutions
• Handle itinerary changes, schedule disruptions, and travel-related inquiries
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality and productivity standards
• Utilize GDS platforms to efficiently manage bookings and reservations

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience using ANY GDS platform, including but not limited to: Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan, Apollo, Abacus, Farelogix
• High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate or higher
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang
• Amenable to shifting schedules
• Be part of a growing Premium Corporate Travel Account
