Job Summary:

We're investing in a detail-oriented Travel Concierge Support Specialist to handle client conversations and flight bookings for our travel concierge service. You will find and secure award flights with airline points and miles programs, so our travelers can fly business and first class for a fraction of the usual price. We're drawn to a confident communicator with a customer service background and hands-on travel booking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer client booking requests and questions on WhatsApp quickly, in a friendly and professional manner
• Search airline frequent flyer programs to verify real award seat availability across airlines and routes
• Weigh booking options across airlines and loyalty programs to find the best value for each client
• Present flight options and pricing to clients and confirm which one they pick
• Complete bookings after client payment is received and email the confirmed itineraries
• Take care of simple additional bookings, like hotels and car rentals, as the service expands
• Track and manage incoming requests in a ticketing system as volume grows
• Put quieter periods to use for research, account setup, and other assigned support tasks

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven customer service experience, ideally in travel, hospitality, or concierge services
• Hands-on experience with flight and travel bookings
• Working knowledge of airline loyalty programs, miles, and points
• Excellent written English for chat-based client communication
• Ability to solve problems on your own initiative
• Responsible, observant, and capable of working with little oversight
