Job summary

Caldwell Communications in Quezon City is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Travel Account. This onsite, full-time role requires at least 3 months of BPO or call center experience and offers up to ₱26,000 monthly, plus paid training and growth opportunities.

You will handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel inquiries, communicating clearly and resolving issues efficiently while meeting quality targets.

Qualifications

• High School graduate; college level or graduate is an advantage.
• At least 3 months of BPO or call center experience.
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong customer service orientation and interest in travel.
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email related to travel services.
• Assist with flight bookings, hotel reservations, cancellations, and itinerary changes.
• Provide accurate travel information, including schedules, policies, and pricing.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
