Job summary

Caldwell Communications is hiring Call Center Agents for a Travel Account in Quezon City. This onsite role offers up to ₱26,000 per month, full-time hours, and paid training from day one.

You will handle travel inquiries, reservations, and support via phone, chat, or email from our Muñoz site and other Quezon City locations. No prior BPO experience is required; candidates with varying education levels who are fluent in English and customer-focused can apply.

Qualifications

• Must have good English communication skills.
• No BPO/call center experience required.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with travel-related inquiries, flight and hotel reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general customer support via phone, chat, or email.
• Provide timely and courteous assistance to resolve issues and inquiries.
