Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a highly organized Transportation Support to coordinate daily TL/LTL shipments, work with carriers, and manage documentation across multiple locations in the Philippines. You will track shipments, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery while supporting ISO standards compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in transportation coordination, strong Excel and TMS experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or 4 years of equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation coordination, logistics, shipping, freight, or related operations.
• Experience coordinating TL/LTL shipments, routing, pickups, deliveries, and carrier communications.
• Strong background in freight management, shipping operations, and logistics coordination.
• Knowledge of shipment tracking, expedited shipments, and issue resolution.
• Proficiency in Excel for shipment tracking, reporting, and data management.
• Experience with TMS and transportation platforms.
• Knowledge of BOLs, invoices, and shipment documentation.
• Experience with carrier brokers, hubs, and shipping providers.
• Advantage: ISO 9001/ISO 14001 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily TL/LTL shipments with carriers and partners across multiple locations.
• Communicate with carrier brokers and providers about pickups, deliveries, and status.
• Schedule and coordinate shipments based on priorities.
• Manage delivery schedules and time-slot adjustments for EOM/EOQ activities.
• Monitor shipment status for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Track time-sensitive and expedited shipments through to delivery confirmation.
• Investigate missed pickups and coordinate corrective actions.
• Provide updated ETA information when delays occur.
• Maintain and update transportation documentation (BOLs, invoices, records).
• Assist in resolving documentation and labeling issues.
• Review left-on-dock shipments, including international, for proper handling.
• Coordinate remotely with dock teams and respond to transportation emails.

What is your mission?

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Transportation Support to coordinate daily transportation and logistics operations across multiple locations. This role is responsible for Truckload (TL) and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipment coordination, carrier communication, shipment tracking, transportation documentation management, delivery scheduling, and expedited shipment support to ensure efficient and on-time transportation execution.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Coordinate daily Truckload (TL) and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipment routing with carriers and transportation partners across multiple locations
• Communicate directly with carrier brokers, carrier hubs, and transportation providers regarding pickups, deliveries, routing requirements, and shipment status
• Schedule and coordinate shipment pickups, deliveries, and transportation activities based on operational priorities
• Manage delivery schedules, time slot adjustments, and transportation requests to support changing business requirements, including End-of-Month (EOM) and End-of-Quarter (EOQ) activities
• Monitor shipment status and transportation performance to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
• Track and coordinate time-sensitive and expedited shipments from pickup through delivery confirmation
• Investigate missed pickups, identify root causes, coordinate corrective actions, and communicate operational impacts to stakeholders
• Obtain and communicate updated Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) information when shipment delays occur
• Order, monitor, and track shipping materials to ensure timely delivery to designated locations
• Prepare, organise, maintain, and update transportation documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), invoices, shipment records, pallet labels, and tracking documents
• Assist in resolving issues related to transportation documentation, BOLs, and shipment labelling
• Review and address left-on-dock shipments, including international shipments, to ensure proper handling and timely movement
• Coordinate remotely with dock teams to support shipment execution and resolve transportation issues
• Monitor and respond promptly to transportation-related emails and operational communications
• Support compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards
• Perform additional transportation, logistics, and operational support activities as required

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, or four (4) years of equivalent transportation or logistics experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation coordination, logistics, shipping, freight, supply chain, or related operations
• Experience coordinating Truckload (TL) and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments, routing, pickups, deliveries, and carrier communications
• Strong background in transportation, freight management, shipping operations, and logistics coordination
• Knowledge of transportation processes, shipment tracking, expedited shipments, and transportation issue resolution
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for shipment tracking, reporting, operational monitoring, and data management
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), logistics software, and transportation platforms
• Knowledge of Bills of Lading (BOLs), invoices, shipment tracking records, and transportation documentation
• Experience working with carrier brokers, carrier hubs, shipping providers, and transportation partners
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong organisational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple shipments, schedules, carriers, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
