Job summary

The Transportation Analyst is responsible for supporting transportation and logistics operations by coordinating with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers, analyzing transportation data, generating operational reports, and ensuring the timely resolution of transportation‑related issues. This role partners with internal stakeholders and external logistics providers to optimize transportation performance, improve operational efficiency, and support supply chain objectives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, and an effective communicator with experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or order management. They are comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, interpreting transportation data, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

• Coordinate daily transportation activities with third‑party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely and efficient movement of shipments
• Generate, analyze, and maintain transportation reports and operational performance metrics
• Monitor transportation activities and identify opportunities to improve delivery performance, cost efficiency, and service quality
• Collaborate with internal teams, logistics providers, and business partners to resolve transportation issues and operational challenges
• Support transportation planning, shipment tracking, and logistics execution while ensuring compliance with company standards and processes
• Analyze transportation data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational records while preparing reports for business reviews
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and US counterparts regarding transportation updates and operational concerns
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance transportation performance and customer satisfaction

What You Need to Succeed

• Experience in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, Order Management, or Third‑Party Logistics (3PL) operations
• Hands‑on experience coordinating with 3PL providers
• Experience generating and analyzing operational or logistics reports
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate confidently with US‑based stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced operational environment
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting transportation operations within a manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environment
• Knowledge of transportation management processes and logistics coordination
• Experience working with transportation management systems (TMS), ERP platforms, or logistics reporting tools
• Familiarity with transportation KPIs, shipment tracking, and logistics performance metrics
• Experience collaborating with global teams and external logistics partners
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement

Additional Role Information

• Work Setup: Onsite for the first 3 months, then Hybrid (2–3 days onsite depending on business needs)
• Shift: Permanent Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
• Location: Cebu (Metro Cebu candidates preferred)
