Job summary

Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a Transport Operations Supervisor to oversee daily transport activities at the assigned Distribution Center in Laguna. You will ensure timely delivery, monitor performance, and coordinate with transport partners to maintain service levels.

You will lead and develop the transport team, implement process improvements, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting to uphold established standards and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in transport operations with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of transport planning, routing, truck utilization, and performance management.
• Experience with transport vendors, 3PLs, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and transport reporting systems.

About the role

You will be responsible for supervising the daily transport operations of the assigned Distribution Center, ensuring timely and efficient transport execution while meeting service, productivity, and operational requirements. You will monitor transport performance, coordinate with transport partners and stakeholders, resolve operational issues, and provide inputs to improve route efficiency, truck utilization, and overall transport productivity. You will also lead and develop the transport team to ensure consistent execution and adherence to established standards.
