Job summary

Csod in the Philippines is seeking a Transport Operations Coordinator to oversee daily transport activities at the Distribution Center, ensuring timely execution, accurate reporting, and compliant documentation.

You will monitor KPIs, coordinate with 3PL partners and internal teams, resolve operational issues, and contribute to efficiency improvements and governance of transport processes. A collaborative mindset and attention to detail are essential to maintain smooth transport operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transport activities including schedules, dispatch requirements, delivery updates, and operational follow-ups.
• Monitor truck availability, utilization, route assignments, fill rates, and backload opportunities.
• Maintain transport trackers and reports.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Operations, Rank & File personnel, 3PL partners, and other stakeholders on transport issues, delays, and service disruptions.
• Monitor vendor activities and service performance.
• Support implementation of standard transport processes.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of transport documentation.
• Provide operational support to the Supervisor and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Summary

You will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring daily transport operations of the assigned Distribution Center, ensuring accurate and timely execution of transport activities, reporting, documentation, and issue follow-through. You will support transport performance monitoring, resource utilization, vendor coordination, and process compliance while working closely with the Supervisor and relevant stakeholders to maintain efficient transport operationss.

Key Responsibilities

Transport Operations Coordination

• Coordinate daily transport activities including schedules, dispatch requirements, delivery updates, and operational follow-ups.


• Support timely and efficient transport execution.

Transport Planning & Resource Monitoring

• Monitor truck availability, utilization, route assignments, fill rates, and backload opportunities.


• Provide operational inputs to support resource optimization.

Control Tower & Performance Monitoring

• Maintain transport trackers and reports.


• Monitor service levels and operational KPIs.


• Identify exceptions and ensure timely escalation and follow-through of performance gaps.

Operational Issue Resolution

• Coordinate with Warehouse Operations, Rank & File personnel, 3PL partners, and other stakeholders on transport issues, delays, and service disruptions.


• Track agreed action plans until resolution.

3PL & Vendor Coordination

• Monitor vendor activities and service performance.


• Follow up on operational concerns.


• Ensure completion of required documentation and corrective actions.

Process Compliance & Continuous Improvement

• Support implementation of standard transport processes.


• Identify operational gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency, visibility, and compliance.

Governance & Documentation

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of transport documentation.


• Maintain system transactions, trackers, and operational reports in accordance with established procedures.

Team & Stakeholder Support

• Provide operational support to the Supervisor.


• Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transport execution.
