Job summary

GOLDEN BAY GRAIN TERMINAL CORP PAGBILAO/SARIAYA is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee day-to-day transport operations, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of trucks while maintaining service commitments. You will monitor truck availability, routes, and maintenance to maximize fleet efficiency, coach drivers, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Collaboration with HR, Logistics, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Finance is essential to sustain seamless transport

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day transport operations, ensuring timely dispatch, delivery, and return of trucks while meeting operational schedules and service commitments.
• Monitor truck availability, routing, and utilization to maximize efficiency, minimize downtime, and ensure optimal fleet productivity.
• Supervise truck drivers and dispatch personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies, road safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, routes, and dispatch plans with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of transport requirements.
• Ensure adherence to transportation laws, vehicle safety standards, and company compliance requirements, including driver documentation, permits, and vehicle inspections.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and vehicle inspections to ensure fleet roadworthiness and minimize operational disruptions
• Coach and guide drivers and operations staff to improve discipline, productivity, safety awareness, and overall performance
• Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Logistics, Warehouse, Maintenance, Finance) and external partners to ensure seamless transport operations
