Watsons Personal Care Stores (Philippines), Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager, Transport to plan and optimize transportation from the Distribution Center to stores and customers, ensuring timely, cost-efficient delivery.

You will oversee fleet and 3PL performance, coordinate dispatch, and lead the transport team to drive safety, efficiency, and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 6–8 years experience in transport, logistics, or distribution operations, with leadership exposure.
• Experience in DC operations, fleet management, and 3PL/vendor coordination.
• Strong knowledge in routing, dispatch, and delivery optimization.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily transport operations and dispatch planning to ensure on-time delivery to stores and customers.
