Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Transformation & Innovation Manager to lead CI, transformation, and innovation for Global Business Services. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle—from opportunity intake to benefit realization—while building and guiding a high-performing team.

In this cross-functional role, you will partner with Operations, IT, Data, and HR to deliver measurable value, embed changes into operations, and report pipeline health and realized benefits to executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business transformation and continuous improvement in a captive, multinational or business services settings
• 5+ years in people or program leadership
• Proven experience in transition management and business transformation leading and managing complex programs

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the CI and transformation pipeline with leadership
• Lead talent management for direct reports including coaching and mentoring
• Translate strategy into a balanced portfolio of CI, innovation and transformation initiatives
• Oversee execution of transformation initiatives with disciplined delivery
• Govern opportunity intake and evaluation to ensure value and execution-readiness
• Sponsor and oversee Kaizen events, root cause analysis and standard work improvements
• Ensure post-implementation stabilization and embedding changes into operations
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to enable integrated transformation outcomes
• Own benefits tracking, reporting and closure
• Provide regular executive updates on pipeline health, progress, risks and realized benefits
