Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health Global Business Services – Manila is seeking a Lead Business Transformation to drive enterprise and function-level initiatives, delivering improvements in efficiency, cost, quality, and customer experience.

You will lead Kaizen events, apply Lean and Six Sigma, partner with cross-functional teams, and mentor teams in continuous improvement while ensuring compliance and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across multiple functions from problem definition to implementation and sustainment.
• Plan and facilitate Kaizen events and rapid improvement workshops to drive measurable process improvements.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma and process optimization techniques to eliminate waste and improve process flow and standardization.
• Conduct process diagnostics including assessments, time studies, value stream mapping and demand and capacity analysis.
• Collaborate with process owners, subject matter experts and digital teams to design and deploy future-state workflows and automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain project charters, process maps, standard work documentation and benefit realization reports.
• Monitor project outcomes and ensure sustained performance improvements aligned with business goals.
• Coach and mentor teams on Lean thinking, structured problem solving and continuous improvement practices.
• Influence stakeholders and drive adoption of change initiatives across functions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data privacy requirements and operational excellence standards

Job Summary

The Lead Business Transformation is responsible for driving enterprise and function-level transformation initiatives and delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, quality and customer experience.

Operating within a Global Business Services environment, this role supports cross-functional collaboration, operational excellence and service delivery outcomes. The role leads continuous improvement pipelines, applies Lean methodologies and partners with business and digital teams to design scalable and future-ready solutions.

What you’ll bring

Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in business transformation, continuous improvement, Lean transformation or operational excellence required
• Experience working in shared services, Global Capability Centers or multinational environments required
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results through process improvement initiatives required

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field required
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field preferred

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt – International Association for Six Sigma Certification or equivalent required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) – Project Management Institute preferred
