Job summary
The Lead Business Transformation Specialist is responsible for leading the intake, evaluation and prioritization of continuous improvement, automation and transformation opportunities and ensuring a strong, value-driven pipeline. Operating within a Global Business Services environment, this role enables cross-functional collaboration, structured decision-making and measurable value delivery across initiatives.
What you’ll do
Lead intake governance including demand triage, prioritization and pipeline management aligned to strategic goals
Evaluate opportunities using defined criteria such as value, feasibility, complexity, risk and readiness and recommend disposition
Develop clear opportunity briefs and business cases including problem statements, scope, assumptions, benefits and risks
Collaborate with transformation, automation, IT, data and operations teams to validate requirements and confirm delivery readiness
Facilitate intake and evaluation forums and document decisions, actions and next steps
Track approved initiatives through execution and benefits realization in partnership with Finance teams
Monitor progress, risks and value delivery through initiative closure
Maintain accurate intake, pipeline and benefits dashboards with clear reporting and version control
Partner with transformation leaders to balance pipeline across quick wins, mid-level initiatives and strategic programs
Improve intake frameworks, templates and governance processes to increase transparency, throughput and value realization
What you’ll bring
Experience
8–10 years in business transformation, continuous improvement, operational excellence or intake and evaluation management required
Experience in shared services, global capability center or multinational environment required
Proven delivery of measurable results through process improvement or Lean initiatives required
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or related field required
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field preferred
Certifications
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt – International Association for Six Sigma Certification or equivalent preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) – Project Management Institute preferred
Knowledge and skills
Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Process analysis, reengineering and opportunity assessment
Structured problem-solving frameworks such as DMAIC, PDCA and 8D
Project management and facilitation skills
